We invite you to experience the serene beauty of Navarre Beach, the Santa Rosa Sound, and the Gulf of America. Our beach house offers a sanctuary of tranquility, where every morning begins with the sound of the tide and every evening is framed by the horizon. The Sandy Escape has one of the best locations on Navarre Beach being directly across from the beach parking lot 38A which allows for a quick walk across the backyard to the beach, as well as a short walk over the dunes to the Santa Rosa sound out of the front door. (There are trails to walk around the dunes.) At this time we do not have a booking calendar active on this site. Contact us directly at thesandyescapellc@gmail.com to book direct with no hidden fees or with any questions you may have. Our rate is $2500.00 per week plus a $250 cleaning fee. All taxes are already included in the rate and paid by the owner instead of you, our guest! We only book week long stays and when you visit, you'll see, a week is just never enough!  Minimum age to book is 25 and one adult is required for every four minors under 18. Check in time is 3pm on Saturday, check out is 10am the following Saturday. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for a trailer, boat, jet skis, etc. as well as at least 4 cars on the opposite half.  A $500.00 security deposit is due 48 hours prior to check in and will be returned with 48 hours of check out providing there is no damage to the property.  Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc are all provided in starter quantities that should be enough for a week for most families to ease your packing burden. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a normal coffee pot; ground coffee and Keurig pods are also provided in starter quantities.  The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.  In the main house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms each have 1 king bed, those rooms also have a door going out onto the back deck. The other bedroom has 2 queen beds. Downstairs in the separate finished blow-through area is another bedroom and full bath, that bedroom has 2 queen beds and also has a pull out sofa in the living/game room.  (NOTE- The lower level only has window unit and portable air/heat as it is not connected to the main house! It is still comfortably heated and cooled but is not central air like the upstairs. ) This property is set up to sleep 12 adults (2 per bed) plus whoever wants to sleep on the pull out sofa!
